Pre-contract

Right through the pre-contract negotiations and design phases, we have our experts to support you. We pride ourselves on our focus for attracting and retaining talent and we ensure we have the right experience, skill sets and relevant credentials to ensure we design and build and adapt to today’s fast changing IT environments and environmental pressures.

Post-contract

On-boarding you as a customer, ensuring you have the right information and access to tools is important to us as well as all those other things like Billing and Reporting set up that can cause a headache later on.

We aim to ensure we are both clear from the start.

Our experienced Service and Contract Managers will be a Single Point of Contact for all your enquiries.

You can expect to meet your Service and Contract Manager early on in the process to ensure we have a clear understanding of your requirements, your business needs in terms of compliance and governance. In addition, you can expect a virtual team around you from early on, supporting you every step of the way.
