Our third Frankfurt hyperscale data centre build is currently underway.

Colt DCS have acquired land in the prime location of Wilhelm-Fay Strasse, Sossenheim and are currently in the process of building the first phase development of our Colt Frankfurt Three Data Centre.

This three story hyperscale facility has been designed to a Tier 3 specification, and will offer state-of-the-art technology, access to highly resilient power, and a high concentration of fibre routes.

On completion, this site will offer 32.4MW of IT power and will span a gross site area of 12,599m2, offering customers the ability to scale their IT infrastructure, as and when required.
