Three Planned Data Centres at Colt DCS’ London Hayes Campus

Development is planned for three additional data centres on our London Hayes Campus with London 6, 7 and 8. This will take the total number of data centres on the site to five.

The planning and development process is well underway, with construction expected to start on site in 2026 and the first phase of delivery in 2028. Delivery of buildings can be altered to meet customer requirements.

Once complete, these data centres will add 98MW to the available IT power at our London Hayes Campus, taking the total capacity to 160MW.
