Key areas of Operational Excellence at our data centres
Energy Efficiency
Our data centres are designed to maintain energy efficiency by using renewable energy and implementing a hybrid cooling system that combines conventional air cooling with direct-to-chip liquid cooling in our newly constructed buildings.
Security Measures
Every data centre holds certifications for ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II standards. Additionally, we utilise the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cyber Security Framework (NIST CSF) as a reference for our information security management system.
Performance Data
Customers can use real-time telemetry data through our Central Telemetry Platform, enabling them to identify, monitor, and assess data centre efficiencies while improving operational performance.
Employee Development
Our operations team undergoes regular training to guarantee they possess the essential skills, knowledge, and resources required today to effectively manage our continuously evolving data centre designs and operating systems.
