DCS Awards
We were awarded the 'Best Colocation Provider Sustainability Innovation of the Year' Award at the 2024 DCS Awards. Our recognition comes from delivering sustainable data centre solutions that meet our customers' needs and in light of our ESG strategy and sustainability initiatives.
CDP Supply Chain Engagement
For the second consecutive year, we have an A rating from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) for collaboration with suppliers towards climate change. Focusing on improving supply chains makes a significant environmental impact and this award acts as a pledge for us to do more. The CDP assesses organisations’ involvement with their suppliers concerning climate change and aims to accelerate global efforts to reduce emissions within the supply chain. It assesses supplier engagement and celebrates successful strategies.
CDP Climate Score
Colt Group received an “A-” score for our 2023 CDP Climate submission. CDP is a non-profit organisation helping businesses to disclose and manage their impacts on climate change.
Net Promoter Score
We achieved a record-breaking 74 NPS, customer satisfaction score, across all our customers in Europe and Asia (an increase from 72 in 2022 and 61 in 2021). We have an ever-evolving programme of customer intelligence that helps us to understand and improve the experience we give to our customers.
Frost and Sullivan, Best Practices Award
Colt DCS has been awarded the Global Data Centre Infrastructure and Operations Customer Value Leadership Award 2022 by leading industry experts, Frost & Sullivan.
