With all planning permissions now in place, Colt DCS will soon start constructing our London 5 Data Centre, which is the second hyperscale facility on our London Hayes Campus.
On completion, this data centre will provide 31.5MW of IT power across five 1,000m2 data halls.
London 5 has been designed to support customers with both standard compute and high power density AI infrastructure requirements. The data centre will also feature the ability to use waste heat to support local community heating requirements.

Our west London Hayes campus is close to the Slough data centre hub and many other west London data centres. International customers can also benefit from Hayes being approximately 15 minutes from London Heathrow Airport.

Our Hayes campus offers fibre connectivity from multiple providers and low latency diverse routing to other data centres in the London metro and beyond.
