Hyperscale data centre with 31MW under construction
Colt DCS is currently building the first phase of our London Hayes Campus with Colt London 4 Data Centre now under construction.
This site has been designed to a Colt tier 3 specification and upon completion, it will deliver 31MW of IT power across 5 floors.
Built to meet the city’s growing appetite for cloud technology and the recent surge in AI demand, our Colt London 4 Data Centre is an excellent facility for cloud and AI service providers who require scalable capacity to support high performance computing (HPC) and increasing IT workloads. With phase 1 expected to complete in 2025, the site is already fully let.

Constructed in Hayes, this facility is in ideal proximity to the city to offer our customer low latency to other data centres. International customers can also benefit from Hayes being approximately 15 minutes from London Heathrow Airport.
