Our commitment to Security at Frankfurt 3 Data Centre

Security at this hyperscale facility is approached from both a physical and cyber perspective.

Physical security measures that have been included in the design and operation of this site include:

Onsite physical security is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

The data centre is equipped with comprehensive CCTV surveillance.

An external boundary wall features intruder detection systems.

Access to internal facilities and infrastructure is strictly controlled.

Authorisation is managed through photo ID and biometric technology.

Centralised alarm monitoring systems are in place.

To reduce the risks of cybersecurity incidents, we implement advanced security measures. Their effectiveness is evaluated using the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cyber Security Framework (NIST CSF), which guides our governance. Once operational, our Frankfurt 3 Data Centre will be integrated into our ISO27001 certification framework and will also benefit from SOC2 Type II certification.
