Hyperscale data centre with 32.4MW underway

We have acquired land in the prime location of Sossenheim and are currently in the process of building the first phase of our Colt Frankfurt 3 Data Centre.

Being the third of three German data centres within our global portfolio, this hyperscale data centre has been designed to a Colt tier 3 specification. On completion, it will deliver 32.4MW of IT power across a gross floor area of 17,500㎡.
