Our Mumbai 3 Data Centre is located on our Navi Mumbai Campus and will deliver 64MW of IT power on completion. The data centre forms part of a larger hyperscale development, with the potential to deliver up to 148MW of capacity across the campus.
The facility has been developed in response to growing demand for AI-ready data centre capacity in the region, where rapid AI adoption is driving requirements for larger deployments, higher rack densities and greater power capacity. The data centre is fully let.
Our Mumbai 3 Data Centre is being developed as part of Colt DCS' joint venture with RMZ, one of the world's largest privately-owned alternative asset owners, who have over 20 years of experience in asset ownership and management in India.

Situated in the high-tech hub of Navi Mumbai, the data centre benefits from excellent power availability and fibre connectivity. The customer also benefits from its strategic location, approximately 23 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.

Supported by a hybrid cooling architecture that combines traditional air cooling with direct-to-chip liquid cooling, enabling the deployment of higher-density workloads.

Using renewable energy and a closed-loop cooling system that enables near-zero water waste, the facility supports the customer's sustainability objectives.
