Ground works are largely complete and the construction of the steel frame has now commenced. Completion of the Shell and Core build is programmed to complete in Q3 2024.

The environment is central to our design and build process. With this in mind, recycled demolition material was used for the piling mat, saving valuable material and over 100 HGV lorry trips through the London Borough of Hillingdon. To prevent pollution of the groundwater and local environment, water management and spill kits are deployed at the site in the event of an emergency. Air quality sensors are placed at strategic locations to ensure we are operating within the agreed norms.
